Once they’ve set a goal, most people make the mistake of jumping right into action doing the stuff they think they should. But how can you successfully plan for a journey without knowing where you’re starting from?
In any journey from Point A to Point B – identifying Point A (your starting point) will enable you to chart the quickest, easiest and most likely path to success.
Most people don’t want to “waste time” evaluating where they ARE and what they’ve ACCOMPLISHED. They want to focus all their energy on where they aren’t and what they don’t yet have!
This is a huge error from both a tactical standpoint and from a Law of Attraction standpoint. Because remember, what you focus on expands. If you are focusing on lack, you will soon lack more.

Like Cymber I too am just getting started with S.P.E.C.I.A.L, but I already feel a sense of movement and team work that had been missing. I’m just getting started with this process, and it was so helpful to be able to hear a full-length call explaining the process in some detail. I realized that I was falling into one of the traps you mentioned — trying to fix things as I go along. That’s for helping me to identify that.
Yes, when you are in action mode, you are no longer in observation mode. And very often you will end up making more work for yourself in the long run because the way you fix things doesn’t take into account the entire vision and plan – so you end up having to fix them twice!
